Order support, without the runaround.
What can be changed, what qualifies for a replacement, and exactly what to send when something arrives wrong.
Report a qualifying defect within 30 days of the product order.
Changes close once your order enters production.
Non-defective items generally cannot be returned, except where required by law.
01Returns & quality guarantee
Fourthwall is the seller and Merchant of Record for merchandise orders. Under Fourthwall’s current terms, qualifying supplier-defective products reported within 30 days of the product order are eligible for a refund. Fourthwall may offer another resolution, such as a replacement, when available.
Because merchandise is made to order, non-defective products generally are not eligible for returns, refunds, or sizing-related exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
02Order cancellations
Use the order-management link in your confirmation email to request a cancellation or amendment before the order enters production. Once production begins, Fourthwall may be unable to change or cancel it.
If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, Fourthwall will handle the delay, cancellation option, and any required refund under applicable law.
03Refund processing & timelines
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after Fourthwall reviews the claim. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, tag, shipping label, and problem.
- PayPal: often appears within 24 business hours after processing.
- Credit or debit card: often appears within 7 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the financial institution.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Your payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible.
04Payments & international customs
Payment methods: Fourthwall displays the payment methods available for your device, location, currency, and order at checkout. These may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, or other local methods.
International orders: Checkout or the carrier may collect import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or handling fees. When they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.
05Tracking, address changes & delivery problems
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once the carrier receives the package. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Use the order-management link in your confirmation email to correct an address before production begins. After production or shipment, an address change may not be possible.
For a damaged package, wrong item, missing item, or shipment that appears lost, email us with the order number and relevant photos. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
06Who handles my order?
Start with info@wackyengineering.com. Wacky Engineering will review your message and coordinate with Fourthwall when the issue involves payment, production, fulfillment, shipping, or a return.
Fourthwall is the seller and Merchant of Record for merchandise purchases. Its terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction.
