The Wacky Engineering LLC 3D Printer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Entrants who are subject to U.S. sanctions or otherwise prohibited from receiving the prize under applicable law are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family members" means spouses, domestic partners, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren, regardless of where they reside. "Household members" means people who share the same residence, whether or not related.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wacky Engineering LLC, PO Box 223, Valley Center, KS 67147.

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

The Sweepstakes begins on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. You may use either method or a combination of both, subject to the maximum entry cap.

No purchase is required to enter. Every valid entry has the same chance of being selected, regardless of how it was obtained. Each valid mail-in submission earns five (5) entries, all of which are treated the same as entries earned through an eligible purchase.

• Method A: Purchase Entry. For every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products at the official Wacky Engineering LLC online shop (wackyengineering.com/shop) or through its authorized checkout provider during the Sweepstakes Period, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
  
  Rounding Policy: Purchase entries are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar based on the eligible merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.
  
  Order Refunds & Cancellations: Entries associated with canceled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions are void.
  
  Eligible Products: All products sold through the official Wacky Engineering online shop during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible products unless expressly marked otherwise.
  
  The Sponsor calculates purchase entries from eligible completed order records; no separate purchase-entry form or checkout action is required.
• Method B: Mail-In Submission (No-Purchase Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete physical mailing address, phone number, email address, and the following mandatory statement: "I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and I agree to be fully bound by the Wacky Engineering LLC Official Sweepstakes Rules." on a standard 3" x 5" index card. Enclose the completed index card inside a standard #10 business envelope with proper First-Class postage affixed, and mail to:

  Strict Mail-In Constraints:
  • Each mail-in submission must be mailed separately in its own individual outer stamped envelope. "Batch" submissions or multiple index cards enclosed in a single envelope or shipping package will be automatically disqualified.
  • The index card text, return address, and certification statement must be entirely handwritten. Printed outer-envelope delivery addresses (the Sponsor destination address) are permitted, but printed index cards, mechanical reproductions, photocopies, or automated generation of cards of any kind will result in immediate disqualification.
  • One (1) valid mail-in submission (consisting of a completed handwritten index card enclosed in a separate outer stamped envelope) received equals five (5) entries.
  • Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by September 15, 2026 and received no later than September 21, 2026 to be eligible.

Maximum Entry Limit: There is a strict maximum limit of 250 entries per person in the aggregate, regardless of the method of entry. A person entering exclusively by mail may submit no more than 50 valid mail-in submissions. Before the drawing, the Sponsor will reconcile eligible completed order records and valid mail-in submissions using the entrant information provided to enforce this combined limit. Any attempt to obtain more than 250 entries by using multiple/different identities, email addresses, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Bambu Lab A1 mini 3D Printer. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is $249.00 USD.

Prize Conditions & Warranty: The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. The prize is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and warranty, if any. No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Shipping & Delivery: Sponsor will pay standard ground shipping fees to deliver the prize to a valid physical address within the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments after delivery to the carrier. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, it will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of entry method.

The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about September 22, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase or on the mail-in submission within five (5) business days of the drawing. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, security settings, or incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed declaration and release if required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Before the drawing, Sponsor will reconcile purchase entries and valid mail-in submissions, award five (5) entries for each valid mail-in submission, enforce the combined entry cap, and assign each eligible entry a unique number. Sponsor will use a documented random-number selection process and retain a record of the drawing date, total eligible entries, selected entry, and winner verification through the winner-list request period.

Communications Policy; Marketing Opt-Ins: By entering, you consent to receive operational communications from Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes, including winner notification, eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, and fraud prevention. These operational communications may be sent by email, phone, or text message using the contact information provided with the entry. Opting in to receive general marketing emails, promotional text messages, newsletters, or other marketing communications from Sponsor is completely voluntary, is not required to enter or win, does not require a purchase, and will not increase your chances of winning. Any marketing opt-in must be separate from Sweepstakes entry. Message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent or received.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Wacky Engineering LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, representatives, employees, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Sedgwick County, Kansas.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted. By entering, participants fully release YouTube, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and all participating social networks from any and all liability associated with this promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized human intervention, store outages, payment processor issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated purchasing system, robotic, mechanical, programmed, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, postage-due, or garbled mail-in submissions; or for interrupted, unavailable, delayed, or misdirected network, server, internet, website, store, checkout, payment processor, or other technical connections or communications.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, first name and last initial, hometown and state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and/or prize information for advertising, promotional, publicity, and administrative purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. Sponsor may request that the potential winner complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and/or other reasonably required documentation as a condition of prize award.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision were not included.
